Why I Don't Like the TTTE WIkia Forum and WILL NOT Sign Up

When I saw the terms on the TTTE Wikia Forum I decided not to sign up because it said it collected my I.P Address, and with that you can access someones personal computer remotely if you know how to do it. I put the important part in red.

When they say the Internet is neither an anonymous space, are they saying we no longer have privacy? With an I.P. Address of a computer, could the TTTE Wikia staff figure out where Keekre24 lives etc. ?
