Episode Review: Season 19, Episode 6 - Wild Water Rescue
Written By: Becky Overton
Narrated By: Mark Moraghan
Released: Wild Water Rescue DVD
Summary
Sir Topham Hatt was at the Sodor Search & Rescue Centre because they had done 1,000 rescues, and the Mayor was going to give them a new alarm bell for there achievement. Percy was at the docks telling Thomas that Sir Topham Hatt told him to take the Mayor to the Sodor Search & Rescue Centre. Percy thought he was going to get his picture in the paper, and Diesel over heard Percy talking about it. When Percy was on his way to pick up the Mayor Diesel lied to Percy and told him to take the Mayor to the old quarry, so Diesel could get in the picture instead. Diesel showed up at Knapford Station, and Sir Topham Hatt said they would just have to go with Diesel instead.
Meanwhile Percy was looking for the Mayor at the old quarry, but he got stuck in a flooded track. Back at the Sodor Search & Rescue Centre, Diesel tried to get in the photo, but he wasn't allowed in anyway. Latter Diesel wondered why Percy wasn't back yet, so he went to rescue him, but his generator got wet, so they were both stuck.
The Sodor Search & Rescue Team soon found them, and the newspaper took Diesel's picture as he was being rescued, because it was the SS&R's 1,001st rescue. The next day Percy went to the Diesel Works to thank Diesel for rescuing him, then Sir Topham Hatt came by with the news paper, and Diesel was on the front page being rescued. Diesel didn't know what to say.
My Thoughts
This was a great episode, and when Percy got stuck in the flooded track it reminded me of Percy's Promise. It's to bad that the episode was released on a Target exclusive DVD instead of a regular one with just season 19 episodes instead of 1 season 19 episode and the rest being season 18 episodes. But Universal might release it in other stores latter on.

Episode Review: Season 19, Episode 3 - Lost Property
Narrated By: Mark Moraghan
Released: Wale of a Tale DVD
Summary
Thomas was at Knapford Station when Sir Topham Hatt came out to tell him that the railway inspector was coming the next day. Annie and Clarabel said they would have to be cleaned, and than Thomas' driver showed Sir Topham Hatt all the lost property from the coaches. After that Tomas took Annie and Clarabel to the wash down. The next morning Sir Topham Hatt was at the sheds when the railway inspector came. They started the inspection with Thomas. At the next station some school children got on and caused more problems for the inspection. When Thomas was done the inspection he went to finish the rest of his jobs, then back at Knapford Station Annie showed Thomas some lost property they found.
Thomas said it belonged to the inspector, and that they should take it to him. Thomas soon found the inspector with Sir Topham Hatt on Gordon, and told Sir Topham Hatt at the next station. The railway inspector said he didn't even know he lost his watch, and was happy to get it back. Then the inspector said the railway would get a good report, and Gordon took the inspector back to the mainland.
My Thoughts
I thought this episode was really funny with Sir Topham Hatt playing with the toy and getting a black eye from it.

Episode Review: Season 19, Episode 4 - Henry Spots Trouble
Written By: Davey Moore
Narrator: Mark Moraghan
Released: Wale of a Tale DVD
Summary
Henry was at Kanpford Station, and there he saw Sir Topham Hatt and he was taking Steven and Bridget out in Winston because they were stuck at home with chicken pocks. Now Henry was worried, and wondered if engines could get chicken pocks. At Farmer McColl's farm Butch sprayed mud all over Thomas when he pulled a stuck tractor out of the mud. Then at Welsworth station, Henry was still worried about chicken pocks, and Emily said he worried to much. Then Thomas came by covered in mud with chickens, so Henry thought he had chicken pocks.
Then at the diesel works Diesel sprayed Paxton with oil, and it came out spotty, then Paxton passed Henry, and he thought it was chicken pocks again. Paxton was just confused. Kellsthorpe Road Station was being re-painted, but then a worked dropped a bucket of red paint on the tracks, and it splashed on Gordon making him spotty.
Henry came by and raced backwards thinking Gordon's red paint was chicken pocks, he raced all the was up Gordon's hill and back to the next station. Sir Topham Hatt explained that only people get chicken pocks, and then Henry wasn't scared anymore. The next day Henry stopped by the farm and said hi to the chicken, and said sorry to Paxton for racing away from him.
My Thoughts
Well, Henry was just, a chicken. This episode was funny, and the painter man sneaking away made me laugh.

Episode Review: Season 19, Episode 2 - The Truth About Toby
Written By: Davey Moore
Narrator: Mark Moraghan
Summary
After Toby dropped some workers off at Farquar Quarry Henrietta told Toby that they should stop by the Steam Works to have his side plates fixed, but Toby said he didn't have time to go to the Steam Works. Then Toby took some scrap to the scrapyard, but he still wouldn't listen to Henrietta. Narrator: Mark Moraghan
Release: Wale of a Tale DVD
Summary
When Toby got to the Scrap Yard he ran out of coal, so he waited for an engine to come by, but every time they couldn't see Toby because of all the scrap in the way. Then Reg tried waving a red scrap car to get an engine to stop, but Henry raced by when Reg dropped the car on the other side of the tracks.
Latter there was a rumour that Toby was going to be scraped because an engine saw Reg lifting Toby up so he could tell an engine he need coal as they went by. In the evening Emily came by with Henrietta to give Toby some coal, and in the yard Sir Topham Hatt gathered the engines up to tell them that Toby wasn't going to be scraped, and that it was a rumour.
My Thoughts
Well this episode reminds me on the season 18 episode "Signals Crossed". If Toby's the oldest steam tram on Sodor, doesn't he know when to fill up on coal? And why doesn't his driver control him?

The trucks said someone bumped them, and Cranky wondered who.Thomas told the engines that Geoffrey bumped the trucks, and then all the engines wanted to meet him, but Thomas made him up, so Thomas puffed quietly away. Thomas went to the Steam Works to get Annie and Clarabel who got a new coat of paint. Victor asked Thomas about the new engine, and asked him what color he was, Thomas made up that he was red.
When Thomas got back to Knapford Station the engines were all talking about Geoffrey, then Sir Topham Hatt came out and wanted to see the new engine to. Thomas made up that he was hiding in Henry's Tunnel, then Sir Topham Hatt told him to take him there, but Thomas went away backwards.
Sir Topham Hatt and Percy went to Henry's tunnel and when Thomas was inside he pretended to be Geoffrey, but Spencer came though and Thomas had to rush out. Then Thomas told Sir Topham Hatt that he made Groffrey up so he wouldn't get in trouble for the accident at Brendam Docks.
Sir Topham Hatt told Thomas he admitted that he broke a tea pot, and that he ad to go get another one. Then Thomas left, and Percy was disappointed that there was no new engine.
My Thoughts
It's nice to see that the troublesome trucks talk and have more expression in CGI now. Other than that, this episode was really funny.
