Episode Review: Thomas and Stepney

Season 4, Episode 16
Air Date: January 4th, 1995
Writer(s): Reverend W. Awdry

Summary
Thomas was puffing happily on his branch line. When he got to the next station Percy was there, Thomas started boasting to Percy about how wonderful his branch line was. Percy told Thomas about Stepney, an engine who ran his own branch line, and that he might come to visit someday. The next day all the engines gathered at Knapford station, Thomas left to take his passengers, but soon after Stepney showed up blowing his whistle through the station. Then Stepney and Duck happily shunted in the yard for the rest of the day. That night some special passengers came to Stepney and asked him for a special. Thomas had to be shunted in the siding, he wasn't happy. Thomas was now in a bad mood for being shunted, and he was still cross the next morning. Soon Stepney came by and said hello to Thomas, then Stepney explained his problem to Thomas, he soon forgot about being cross and told Stepney all about his branch line.

Review
This episode was all right, one error I pointed out though it that the track is blurry when Stepney's driver is talking to him. I liked Thomas' branch line at the beginning of the episode.

Over all I give Thomas & Stepney a 2/10
