Summary
Whiff and Scruff were working hard at the wast dump, Whiff told Scruff to collect some garbage cars from Tidmouth sheds. Gordon, James and Henry were there, they wondered how Scruff could handle being so dirty. Scruff pulled into Knapford station to say hello to Sir Top Ham Hatt. Sir Top Ham Hatt told Scruff to go to the Steam Works after he delivered his cars to get repainted. At first Scruff didn't want to be repainted, but after he was he really liked it. Then he went back to the wast dump, but realised that he didn't want to get his new paint dirty, so he asked all the other engines if he could do there job's. They all said no, so Scruff went back to work at the wast dump and was really useful. My Own Thoughts
Before the episode came out everyone wondered why there was a clean Scruff in the wooden railway line. This episode is a sequel to the last one with Scruff, I think. When Scruff came to Sodor Thomas thought he needed a wash down, but he didn't want one, so he hid in the bush, and in the end Scruff and Thomas collected garbage together. I thought Scruff puffing home in the sunset was nice.
