Episode Review: Sir Top Ham Hatt's Holiday

Season 5, Episode 20
Air Date: October 22, 1998
Writer(s): Britt Allcroft, Daivd Mitton

Summary
The Hatts were going on holiday. When they got to Annie and Clarabel they didn't like it when Lady Hatt called them beach huts. They soon got to the Air Port were they went on Harold to there holiday home, but Tiger Moth was there flying to low.

When they got there Harold had bad news, Sir Top Ham Hatt had to come search for Tiger Moth, they soon found him in a hey stack. Sir Top Ham Hatt told the driver he was grounded. Then he left to take the Hatts on a boat ride, but there was trouble, they weren't looking were they were going, and crashed on the mud bank.

Soon Percy got the brake down train and lifted the boat on the flatbed, then he took them to the station. When Lady Hatt saw Annie and Claribel she said they were a lot more suitable than those old beach huts. Latter Annie and Clarabel talked to Thomas, they asked him if they would always be useful, and he said yes.

My Own Thoughts
There was a episode when Harold crashed in the hey stack delivering Percys' mail, that story is like that one. It was odd to see Thomas taking to Annie and Clarabel side by side, they never did that before. It's strange that they only stayed in there holiday home for a few minutes and then went on to the next thing. Over all the episode was OK.
